Shipping policy

We offer free delivery throughout Switzerland within 2 to 3 days for goods valued at CHF 60 or more. Shipping is carried out using PostPac Economy (B-Post). All products that we have in stock are shipped with Swiss Post.

The risk passes to the buyer upon shipment of the goods. Information regarding availability and potential delivery times is non-binding.

Delivery is exclusively within Switzerland, either by Swiss Post or courier service.

Orders are handed over to Swiss Post or the transport company no later than 5 working days after receipt of the order.

Upon the express request of the customer, orders can be shipped by express or courier service. Shipping costs are always incurred for these types of shipping.

For orders valued at CHF 60 or more, delivery within Switzerland is free of charge within 3 working days. Shipping is carried out by Swiss Post.

Should not all items be available simultaneously, the costs for an additional shipment will be borne by Coffee Architects AG. For cash-on-delivery shipments, we calculate the applicable shipping costs plus a cash-on-delivery fee of CHF 15.00.

We calculate the actual shipping costs for wholesalers and distributors.

Deliveries to PO Box addresses are not possible. Coffee Architects AG is not liable for delays caused by transport companies or other third parties.

In cases of force majeure, traffic or operational disruptions, strikes, raw material shortages, and similar circumstances, the delivery periods may be extended accordingly. If the causes of the delay persist for more than four weeks after the conclusion of the contract, each party is entitled to withdraw from the contract.

If not all ordered items are in stock, the seller is entitled to make partial deliveries.

  • Letter up to 2cm thickness - CHF 1.00
  • Small consignment up to (17.6 x 25 x 5 cm) - CHF 3.00
  • Parcel up to (100 x 60 x 60 cm) - from CHF 8.50

up to 10 Kg

  • Parcel up to (100 x 60 x 60 cm) - from CHF 11.50

up to 30 Kg

  • Parcel up to (100 x 60 x 60 cm) - from CHF 20.50

Production

We roast fresh 3 times a week, and sometimes upon order. It is possible that the coffee has not yet been roasted at the time of the order. Unless otherwise mentioned in the product description, orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days.

Weekend

Our roasting facility and logistics are closed over the weekend. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be processed on Monday at the earliest.

International Shipping

International orders are delivered by international delivery services such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

The stated prices include a fuel surcharge for air freight but do not include any applicable customs duties or value-added tax (VAT). These are borne by the customer and will be invoiced separately by the authorities.

The regulation for free shipping for orders valued at CHF 60 or more is void for international shipments.

Returns and Damaged Goods

Returns are only processed for defects, and return shipping is at your own expense.
