What types of coffee does Coffee Architects roast?
We only roast Arabica „Specialty Coffee“ with a score of 83 to 88 Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) points.
How much are the shipping costs?
Delivery is free for orders over CHF 60.00.
Otherwise, the following costs apply:
- Packages up to 2 kg: CHF 9.50
- Packages up to 10 kg: CHF 12.50
- Packages up to 30 kg: CHF 21.50
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept payments with credit cards such as: TWINT, Visa, and Master Card.
How long is the delivery time?
The coffee will be delivered within 3 working days at the latest. Often much faster, depending on the time of order.
How long do I have to return the coffee if something is wrong?
The condition of the goods received must be checked immediately upon receipt; after two working days, the delivery is deemed to have been approved. No compensation will be paid for damage resulting from improper storage by the recipient.
