FAQs
We recommend brewing the coffee within two months of the roasting date. Although the coffee loses its intensity over time, our packaging generally allows for storage of up to 12 months. We do everything we can to ensure that the coffee is always freshly roasted and reaches you as quickly as possible. We also recommend buying high-quality coffee more often and only ordering as much as you actually need.
Yes, our Ligero is a high-quality coffee that tastes like regular coffee. The green coffee was grown organically.
The coffee will be delivered within 3 working days at the latest. Often much faster, depending on the time of order.
The condition of the goods received must be checked immediately upon receipt; after two working days, the delivery is deemed to have been approved. No compensation will be paid for damage resulting from improper storage by the recipient.
Delivery is free for orders over CHF 60.00.
Otherwise, the following costs apply:
- Packages up to 2 kg: CHF 9.50
- Packages up to 10 kg: CHF 12.50
- Packages up to 30 kg: CHF 21.50
